QUALITY POLITICS
Kojair Tech Oy serves industry, health care and research by providing them both standard and tailormade clean air solutions and safe, environment friendly washing systems. Products and systems always include an expert service. The base of Kojair Tech’s quality politic is a satisfied customer.
Kojair Tech’s operation is based on technically high quality products and good expertise of personnel. The condition of operation is that the whole personnel is aware of quality and every one is responsible for their own work to create quality.
In the quality system there is congreated all the used and approved proceedings and instructions by which the good client satisfaction is achieved.
Kojair Tech’s whole operation is described as a process description on the macro level. The main and the supporting processes are defined in the managements quality review, where also the development targets and meters for the process are set.
Kojair Tech’s quality confirmation is developed by systematic monitoring, which includes monitoring and reaction to both, inner deviations and customer feedback. Everyone in our company is responsible to declare the quality deficits that they notice by filling a deviation form.
When developing the quality system we consider the prevention of the problems as the most important matter. Kojair Tech’s quality system and operation is built so that the ready at once principle is fulfilled. By continuing improvement process we continuously improve our operation.
Our quality system conforms the requirements of the international ISO 9001:2000 standard. A quality manager is named to develop and coordinate the system. The quality manager controls the observance of the quality handbook and helps in the interpreting situations.
In the end the managing director is responsible for our company's quality politic. The matters that are related to quality are regularly processed in the managing group. The quality matters are reported to the board of our company in writing once a year. The quality matters are handled in weekly meetings. There is an own procedure instruction drawn up for the meetings, memo5.
The quality handbook is property of Kojair Tech Oy. Copying and passing forward of the quality handbook or parts of it without the permission from the managing director or the quality manager is prohibited. The quality manager keeps up a list of the distribution of the quality handbook.
